Four VKU students at the airport before departure
Participating in this meaningful journey are four outstanding VKU students from Information Technology, Business Administration (specializing in Digital Tourism and Travel Service Management, Digital Logistics and Supply Chain Management), and Marketing. The students, including Dinh Thi Hong Phuc, La Hoang Anh Thu, Ho Thi Truong Sa, and Phan Huu Quoc Hanh, will directly engage in professional work at leading international enterprises such as Thai Summit, Golden City Hotel, Filmlook, and Thai MMI. During the internship, the students will gain hands-on experience in a professional global business environment, ranging from advanced logistics operations and enterprise management solutions to front-office services and digital marketing processes. Immersion in a real-world international working environment not only enables VKU students to strengthen their professional competencies and improve their language proficiency but also provides a valuable opportunity to develop independent thinking and adaptability. These experiences will empower them to become highly qualified professionals capable of meeting the demanding standards of the global labor market.

Meeting and orientation session before departure
To ensure the students are well prepared for this important journey, VKU organized a meeting and orientation session prior to their departure. Speaking at the meeting, Dr. Huynh Ngoc Tho, Vice Rector of VKU, congratulated the four students on being selected for this prestigious opportunity and emphasized that it is a valuable chance for them to step onto the global stage and experience a dynamic international working environment. VKU expects the students not only to learn and gain practical experience but also to proudly represent VKU and its students on the international stage. He encouraged them to maintain confidence, maximize their spirit of self-learning and creativity in solving real business challenges, proactively build connections, embrace challenges, and support one another throughout the internship. These efforts will help them successfully complete the program and create a significant milestone for their future careers.
VKU’s comprehensive support goes beyond academic guidance and encouragement, extending to practical financial assistance. Each student receives USD 468.5 from the Korean Government’s ODA Project to help cover round-trip airfare, visa application fees, and part of their living expenses. In addition, KMUTNB provides the students with a range of benefits, including a tuition waiver for the Cooperative Education course, comfortable accommodation in air-conditioned dormitories, medical insurance coverage, and attractive internship allowances offered by the host companies.
With this strong support, these new-generation VKU ambassadors are ready to confidently learn, grow, and gain valuable international experience in the Land of the Golden Temple. They will not only enrich their own personal and professional journeys but also contribute to advancing VKU’s internationalization efforts and further strengthening the University’s presence on the global academic stage.
