VKU works with Warriors Holding to expand internship, start-up, and employment opportunities for students
On the afternoon of May 28, 2026, the Vietnam – Korea University of Information and Communication Technology (VKU), the University of Da Nang, welcomed and worked with Warriors Holding to exchange and discuss cooperative orientations in training, internship, recruitment, start-up, and high-quality human resource development in the field of cross-border e-commerce.

Overview of the working session
Attending the working session, on behalf of Warriors Holding, there was Mr. Tran Phuoc Dat – Director of the Company; on the side of VKU, there was PhD. Huynh Ngoc Tho – Vice Rector of the University; along with representatives of relevant functional departments of the two units.

Speaking at the working session, PhD. Huynh Ngoc Tho sent a warm welcome to the delegation of Warriors Holding visiting and working at VKU, and concurrently introduced an overview of the development orientation and training model of the University. Accordingly, VKU focuses on application-oriented training, creating conditions for students to access technology, foreign languages, and the corporate environment early, helping many students participate in the labor market right after their second year.
Besides, VKU is currently implementing many English-Vietnamese, Japanese-Vietnamese, and Korean-Vietnamese bilingual training programs linked with job opportunities in international markets. The University concurrently builds a widespread corporate cooperation ecosystem with more than 200 partner businesses, focusing on substantive activities such as internships, recruitment, and accompanying the organization of academic, technological, and skill competitions for students.

Mr. Tran Phuoc Dat – Director of Warriors Holding speaks
Representing Warriors Holding, Mr. Tran Phuoc Dat shared about the business development orientation in the field of cross-border e-commerce, focusing on exploiting major markets such as the US and Canada through platforms like Amazon and Shopify. With the development strategy for the next 5 years, the company aims to expand its operational scale, leveraging Vietnamese human resources to do business in the international market under the “Go Global” orientation, while focusing on building a core staff with global capabilities and mindset.
Within the framework of the working session, the two sides exchanged many potential cooperation contents. Warriors Holding proposed to accompany and sponsor scholarships for students overcoming difficulties, while VKU opened up further possibilities of coordinating the development of a scholarship fund for high school students in the Central and Central Highlands regions to spread learning and development opportunities for the younger generation.
The two sides also discussed receiving students for long-term internships according to the University’s newly adjusted training program; coordinating the organization of workshops, sharing practical combat experiences, start-up mindsets, and international business for students. In particular, Warriors Holding expressed its desire to accompany VKU in start-up support activities as judges, mentors, or sponsors for start-up competitions, especially in the field of e-commerce.
The working session took place in an open, positive atmosphere, opening up many practical cooperation opportunities between VKU and Warriors Holding in the coming time. Thereby, contributing to improving training quality, promoting innovation, and developing digital human resources to meet the requirements of international integration.
