VKU welcomes and discusses collaboration with Mynavi Group, Japan.
On the morning of December 1, 2023, the Vietnam-Korea University of Information and Communication Technology (VKU), Danang University had a meeting and working session with Mynavi Group, Japan, to enhance the exchange and cooperation in training and recruiting high-quality human resources in the fields of information technology, communication, and digital economics.
Overview of the working session
Participating in the working session, from Mynavi Group, were Mr. Sakamoto Kazuhiro, Director of Digital Strategy Development, and Mr. Trần Như Hoài, Director of NAL Solutions. Leading the meeting, Assoc.Prof.PhD. Huỳnh Công Pháp warmly welcomed representatives from Mynavi Group, Japan, who are visiting and working at VKU. The Rector shared that VKU consistently identifies its mission and responsibility in training and providing high-quality human resources, conducting scientific research, transferring knowledge and technology, with the vision of becoming a leading university nationwide and reaching out to the world in terms of education and research. VKU operates based on an advanced management model, aiming to be a modern and intelligent institution.
With strengths in information technology, communication, and digital economics, VKU is home to over 6,000 students and annually admits 1,500 new students. This makes us a great source of high-quality human resources that meet current labor market demands. VKU has been actively collaborating with various Japanese partners in organizing IT classes with Japanese language enhancement. Notably, the cooperation with NiX Education in the Japanese-language IT Engineer program has achieved remarkable results, serving as an effective training model that can be replicated in the future.

At the working session, Mr. Sakamoto Kazuhiro expressed his gratitude for the warm welcome from the university’s leaders. He also shared about Mynavi, which is a large group in Japan, established in 1973, headquartered in Tokyo, Japan. Mynavi has nearly 12,000 employees across 60 branches nationwide in Japan, with 4 representative offices in Warsaw (Poland), Jakarta (Indonesia), Manila (Philippines), and Ho Chi Minh City (Vietnam). Additionally, Mynavi has 7 subsidiary companies, including ITViec and Nal Solutions in Vietnam.
With over 50 years of experience specializing in recruitment, communication, and various services, Mynavi is a well-known brand to over 90% of the Japanese population. Recognizing the high demand for developing human resources in information technology, communication, and digital economics, Mynavi aims to collaborate with VKU and other Vietnamese universities to meet its human resource needs and foster partnerships in training and recruitment.
At the end of the working session, the university’s leaders welcomed the collaboration and expressed their readiness to facilitate and expand the cooperation, also committed to creating the most favorable conditions for Mynavi group, Japan to promptly engage in shaping training programs and presenting employment opportunities for students.
