VKU received and worked with Ad-Sol Nissin Corporation to strengthen cooperation in scientific research, training and recruitment of high-quality human resources
On the afternoon of September 14, 2023, Vietnam-Korea University of Information and Communication Technology (VKU), the University of Danang had a reception and worked with Ad-Sol Nissin Corporation, Japan to enhance exchanges and cooperation in the fields of training and recruiting high-quality human resources.
Overview of the meeting
Attending the meeting, on the side of Ad-Sol Nissin Corporation, there were Mr. Shinozaki Toshiaki – General Director, Mr. Takahashi Kazushi – Director of Adol Asia Company and Mr. Le Duy Linh – Director of Techzen Company (partner of Ad-Sol Nissin Corporation in Da Nang, Vietnam). On the side of VKU, there was Associate Professor, PhD. Huynh Cong Phap – Rector of VKU along with leaders of VKU’s departments, faculties and centers and PhD. Nguyen Ha Huy Cuong – Deputy Director, Da Nang Software Development Center, the connector between the two sides.

Chairing the meeting, Associate Professor, PhD. Huynh Cong Phap was pleased to welcome the leaders of Ad-Sol Nissin Corporation to visit and work at VKU. The Rector shared: As always, VKU clearly defines its mission and responsibility for training, providing high-quality human resources, doing scientific research, and transferring knowledge and technology with the vision of becoming the country’s leading university which has the desire to reach international standard in the fields of training and research and operating according to a model of a modern and smart school with advanced management. The school always focuses on enhancing foreign language training for students and aims to expand its network of cooperative relationships with many domestic and foreign corporations and businesses to provide high-quality human resources for these markets in the future. With the goal of expanding cooperation with businesses and creating the most favorable conditions in training, developing and supplying high-quality human resources for the domestic and foreign labor market, we are currently having direct coordination with NiX Education to provide a course in Information Technology Engineering with Japanese language enhancement in order to equip students with more knowledge about learning and Japanese corporate culture. Accordingly, we hope to expand cooperation opportunities, replicate multidisciplinary Japanese language training forms at VKU, create job opportunities for students and develop appropriately according to businesses’ labor recruitment needs.

At the meeting, Mr. Shinozaki Toshiaki – General Director of Ad-Sol Nissin Corporation thanked VKU’s leaders for the thoughtful reception and considered this a milestone in the strategy of developing international cooperation with Da Nang University in general and VKU in particular. He highly appreciated the role and prestige of VKU as a leading university in the Central – Central Highlands. Mr. Shinozaki Toshiaki said: Established in 1976, Ad-Sol Nissin is a unit operating in the field of information technology, providing service solutions to solving problems in many areas of society such as energy, driverless cars, roads, railways, aviation, space, natural disaster prevention, medical care, information communication, payment, … with plenty of advanced technologies, for example, wireless sensors, GIS (geographic information systems) and security. In the Asian region, we have Ad-Sol Asia Company, an Affiliated Company which is currently present in Vietnam (Da Nang) and Techzen Company, a cooperation partner. These units will directly exchange and cooperate with the school. Through this visit and exchange, we hope to open up many opportunities to cooperate with the school in training and recruiting high-quality human resources.
At the end of the meeting, VKU’s leaders expressed their pleasure and willingness to expand cooperation, creating the most favorable conditions for businesses to approach, orient and introduce job opportunities to students.
The delegation visited the eSTI Institute, discussed with students of Information Technology Engineering with Japanese language enhancement course and talked with 200 IT students.
Immediately after the meeting, the delegation toured the research space at eSTI Institute, visited and discussed with students of Information Technology Engineering with Japanese language enhancement course. In addition, representatives of Ad-Sol Nissin Corporation and Techzen Company had a meeting and talked with more than 200 information technology students at the hall to share more about the Corporation and its technology development orientations as well as its recruitment plan in Da Nang in the near future.
