On the morning of June 13, 2023, the Vietnam-Korea University of Information and Communication Technology (VKU), the University of Da Nang solemnly organized the graduation ceremony and honoring students in 2023 with nearly 200 new 2nd course’s Engineers, Bachelors and 150 students achieved excellent results in international, national and academic year 2022-2023 exams.

In 2018, the Faculty of Information and Communications, the University of Da Nang, the constituent unit of VKU, welcomed new undergraduate students of the second course to be admitted. Although, the learning process faced many difficulties of the Covid epidemic and the impact of the merger and establishment VKU, the University promptly digital transformed, adapted to new conditions with the efforts and training to overcome difficulties of teachers and students; They excellently completed the training program on schedule, met the output standards, implemented the thesis completely in English… Today, the University is great at organizing the graduation ceremony and award diplomas to 197 students, of which nearly 20% of graduates are excellent and good. The employment rate within 06 months after graduation and getting the right major is over 90%, with an average salary of 8-15 million VND/month. Most of them have jobs in leading domestic and international enterprises, such as FPT Software, Rikkeisoft, Enouvo have handed over their recruitment decisions at todays ceremony.

In addition, in the academic year 2022-2023, VKU also has 150 students who have achieved excellent results in international, national, and other exams. More than 300 excellent candidates were directly admitted; the admission score to VKU in 2022 was among the TOP universities in the country and the highest in the Central Highlands (a total of 03 subjects is 24-26/30 transcript points and from 21-26/30 high school exam points). This result is a convincing proof, affirming the prestige and quality of the Universitys training, and at the same time, creating more confidence for parents and candidates in choosing to study at VKU.

The graduation ceremony and honoring students today is considered a milestone of the students initial success, also a small part of the big goal with the enthusiasm to build a class university, a dream school, ideal in the Central region for all students over the country, especially in the Central region – Central Highlands.
