On March 27, 2023, at the Vietnam-Korea University of Information and Communication Technology (VKU), the University of Da Nang held a seminar on the training program of Information Technology Engineer – Japanese, job opportunities in Japan for VKU students. The seminar was held in collaboration with Nix Education Joint Stock Company to make Information Technology – Course 22 students understand the training program of Information Technology Engineer – Japanese, career orientation for students during their study times and after graduation as well as job opportunities in Japan.

Attending the seminar, on Nix Education side, there were Mrs. Nguyen Thi Mai Phuong – Training Director and teammates; on VKU side, there were Dr. Huynh Ngoc Tho – Head of Training Department, Leaders of Departments, Faculties and more than 300 Information Technology 2022 students attended.

Opening speech, Dr. Huynh Ngoc Tho has shared and inspired first-year students in several VKUs majors, with the mission and responsibility in training and supplying high quality human resources, scientific research, knowledge and technology transfer, with the vision of becoming a leading university in the country with the desire to reach the international level in the fields of training and research; operating under the advanced management model, modern and smart campus. The university has always paid attention to strengthening foreign language training for students and aims to expand cooperation networks with many domestic and foreign corporations and businesses. After a period of cooperation with Nix Education on training the class of Software Engineering Engineer – Japanese course 2021 has brought positive results; 100% of the class students meet the Japanese training progress, aiming to reach the Japanese language output standard (level N2); In which, 04 excellent students won scholarships to visit and study in Japan businesses in the coming time. Through todays seminar, with Nix Education, the University continues to expand cooperation, implement new training courses, and new majors in the Japanese model. From there, it is possible to equip students with more choices of Japanese language-enhancing programs. The University is also committed to creating all the most favorable conditions for students and businesses to achieve the desired results in the future.

At the seminar, Mrs. Nguyen Thi Mai Phuong thanked the University Leaders for trusting and creating the best conditions for Nix Education to successfully implement the training course, in addition to implementing the planned roadmap, the initial achieved results brought greater expectations between the Company and the University in the process of continuing to build and develop the next programs. With the need to recruit large-scale personnel of businesses in Japan today, Nix Education will continue to accompany VKU to organize the training of new IT Engineering – Japanese classes, and sponsor many scholarships to encourage and create strong motivation for students. Through the support of businesses, with the right conditions and orientations, the University will open up new cooperation opportunities in the future, creating breakthroughs in the process of international integration.

The seminar shared interesting and effective content, bringing a lot of useful information for students, so that students can make choices for the working environment’ orientation later.
