Graduation requirements: Students are considered for graduation recognition when meeting all the following conditions:
- Accumulate a sufficient number of courses and program volume reaching 127 credits;
- The cumulative grade point average (CPA) of the entire course reaches 2.0 or higher;
- Achieve the expected learning outcomes for English proficiency and Information Technology according to the general regulations of the university: Reach foreign language proficiency level 3/6 of the Vietnamese Foreign Language Proficiency Framework. In case students have an international Toeic English certificate, a minimum of 500 is required and achieve the basic Information Technology utilization skills standard according to Circular No. 03/2014/TT-BTTTT of the Ministry of Information and Communications.
- Possess certificates in National Defense - Security Education and Physical Education;
- Not being prosecuted for criminal liability or not currently under disciplinary action at the level of academic suspension.

III. Program Objectives and Expected Learning Outcomes
1. Objectives
The Financial Technology major training program is designed to train and supply human resources at the undergraduate level in the Financial Technology major within the context of digital economic development, international integration, and development trends of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Vietnam - Korea University of Information and Communications Technology, The University of Danang trains graduates in Financial Technology (Fintech) who:
- PO1. Have basic knowledge of natural sciences, social sciences, comprehensive and deep knowledge of finance-banking, information technology, and financial technology; Have the capability to proficiently use financial tools, apply information technology to solve specific business situations, as well as apply blockchain technologies, big data, artificial intelligence... to innovate financial activities within the context of the digital economy.
- PO2. Have the ability to work independently, creatively and apply information technology and foreign languages to solve processing requirements, provide information, and make decisions in the field of Finance.
- PO3. Have professional ethical qualities and good health; Have knowledge of business law within the context of the digital economy.
2. Expected Learning Outcomes
Graduates of the Financial Technology (Fintech) major program have the ability to:
a. PLO1. Understand general knowledge of natural sciences, social sciences; fundamental knowledge of economics, business, management, accounting and apply this knowledge in learning, research, and performing professional activities.

- PI1.2. Understand fundamental knowledge of economics, business, management, accounting such as: microeconomics, macroeconomics, money and finance, principles of accounting, basic marketing and apply this knowledge in professional activities.
b. PLO2. Understand and apply knowledge of finance, banking; foundational knowledge of information technology; and foundational knowledge of financial technology.

c. PLO3. Develop professional skills related to economic - financial transaction activities.
- PI3.1. Skill in recording arising economic - financial transactions; Analyze financial reports according to requests for information provision and advise managers; apply financial information systems concepts to evaluate and solve problems arising in financial information systems.
- PI3.2. Professional skills related to credit operations, foreign exchange, and international payment; Use financial tools to manage finance, manage financial risks, manage investment and business activities in enterprises and financial institutions; analyze and manage financial data, use software/information technology applications in the operations of financial institutions, financial markets, and enterprises.

Skill in collecting, analyzing, understanding, and synthesizing requirements from software product users to serve design work; Design, implement, and manage small and medium software projects, meeting technical requirements under realistic conditions; Analyze and model processes and data in organizations, ability to identify and operationalize technical solutions, project management capability.

- Specialists in information systems management departments, data analysis administration, risk administration and analysis, technology project management at financial institutions; financial technology development, financial product and service development departments at financial institutions such as banks, financial companies, insurance companies, securities companies.
- Specialists in digital economic development management departments at state agencies such as State Banks and departments/sectors.
- Specialists in product development and business departments at enterprises; at Fintech startups or establishing their own fintech startup enterprises.
- Training institutions, research institutes in finance, banking, and information technology within the fields of finance, banking, and securities.
