Among these, the cooperation model with Nix Education to train Software Engineering students in a Japanese – Vietnamese bilingual program has attracted nearly 300 students, achieving impressive results in both professional competence and Japanese language proficiency. Students are not only trained with internationally standardized professional knowledge but also equipped with workplace skills and familiarized with the corporate culture of Japanese enterprises. VKU expressed its desire to expand deeper collaboration with Japanese companies in the field of digital technology, offering students more opportunities to study, intern, and work in an international environment.
Representatives of the enterprises thanked VKU for the thoughtful reception and highly appreciated the university’s dynamic development. The enterprises shared that they are currently operating multiple branches in Vietnam and have a significant need for personnel in information technology, hospitality, and nursing. In addition to professional expertise, foreign language skills, especially Japanese are identified as essential criteria for the young workforce. The enterprises hope that, through partnerships with reputable educational institutions like VKU, they can build a high-quality human resource pool that meets recruitment requirements and can develop long-term in the Japanese market.
