VKU Welcomes and Works with Foxlink Da Nang Electronics Co., Ltd.: Opening Up Comprehensive Internship and Employment Opportunities for Technology and Engineering Students
On the morning of June 12, 2025, Vietnam–Korea University of Information and Communication Technology (VKU), the University of Danang, hosted a working session with Foxlink Da Nang Electronics Co., Ltd. to discuss potential cooperation in internship programs and recruitment for students majoring in engineering and technology.

Representing Foxlink, the delegation included Ms. Jasmine, HR Director, and members of the company’s HR team. On the VKU side, the meeting was attended by Dr. Tran The Son – Vice Rector, along with leaders from relevant departments and faculties.

In his opening remarks, Dr. Son warmly welcomed the Foxlink delegation and emphasized that VKU is one of the top application-oriented universities in Central Vietnam and the Central Highlands region. The university currently has nearly 7,000 students across 19 majors and minors, enrolling 1,500 new students annually, with consistently high admission scores (24+), proving its strong reputation and the trust of society. VKU is implementing modern training programs aligned with new technology trends, in close cooperation with industry partners. The university offers bilingual programs (English–Vietnamese, Japanese–Vietnamese, Korean–Vietnamese) to help students adapt to and thrive in international working environments. VKU places strong emphasis on practical training, soft skills, entrepreneurship, and professional attitudes. The university always welcomes corporate partners like Foxlink to join in career orientation, internship programs, and recruitment efforts, helping to build a robust learning and career development ecosystem for students.

Speaking on behalf of Foxlink, Ms. Jasmine highly appreciated VKU’s practical training model and shared the company’s growing demand for technology and engineering graduates, especially as Foxlink expands its manufacturing operations in Da Nang. She also emphasized Foxlink’s attractive employee benefits, such as housing support, shuttle buses, a modern working environment, and career advancement opportunities.
Following open discussions, both sides agreed to soon sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to formalize the cooperation. Key areas of collaboration will include: factory tours for students, internship programs for 2nd- and 3rd-year students, and recruitment of graduates to join the company. Foxlink reaffirmed its commitment to working alongside VKU to develop high-quality human resources for Central Vietnam and beyond.
This working session marked a promising step toward a long-term and practical partnership between VKU and Foxlink. It not only opens new doors for students to experience modern corporate environments but also reinforces VKU’s mission of integrating education, practical training, and employment, solidifying VKU’s position in Vietnam’s high-quality human resource ecosystem.
