VKU strengthens university-industry partnerships through workshop on Foxlink Da Nang’s internship and recruitment program
On the morning of January 15, 2026, Vietnam-Korea University of Information and Communication Technology (VKU), Da Nang University, in collaboration with Foxlink Da Nang Electronics Co., Ltd. organized a workshop introducing internship and recruitment programs for students. This practical activity aimed at strengthening the university-industry partnerships, contributing to career orientation and expanding internship and employment opportunities for students in response to the growing demand for high-quality human resources in the technology and electronics sectors.

Attending the workshop, on the enterprise side, were Mr. Yang Fan – Vice Director of Human Resources at Foxlink, Mr. Zhi Jun Ge – Senior Human Resources Advisor at Zhengwei Group, and representatives from the company’s human resources department. Representing VKU were Ms. Nguyen Ha Phuong – Deputy Head of the Department of Science, Technology and International Cooperation, and Mr. Vo Ngoc Dat – Deputy Head of Student Affairs Department, along with more than 150 lecturers and students.

Foxlink Vietnam is a subsidiary of Foxlink Group (Taiwan, China) – one of the world’s leading corporations in the design and manufacture of connectors, cable assemblies, battery packs, power management devices, and wireless solutions under the OEM/ODM model. Established in 2020, Foxlink Vietnam operates two manufacturing facilities in Ho Chi Minh City (Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone, District 7) and Da Nang (Da Nang High-Tech Park, established in 2023), with a workforce of approximately 200-500 employees. The company specializes in manufacturing and processing electronic products, especially consumer electronics components and devices such as stylus pens, wireless headphones, batteries, charging stations, chargers, storage devices, wireless mice, and webcams. With a sustainable development orientation, Foxlink Da Nang is gradually asserting its role as a high-tech enterprise, making a positive contribution to the industrial and technological ecosystem of Da Nang city.
At the event, company representatives provided an overview of Foxlink, its working environment, and corporate culture, and shared the company’s recruitment needs for young talent, particularly students majoring in information technology, electrical engineering, automation, and related fields. In addition, Foxlink presented detailed information on internship programs, employment opportunities for recent graduates, as well as a clear training and career development roadmap aligned with students’ abilities and aspirations.
Through this workshop, VKU students had the opportunity to gain firsthand insights into the real-world working environment of a high-tech enterprise, as well as a clear understanding of recruitment requirements, essential skills, and benefits associated with internships and employment at Foxlink Da Nang. The company also emphasized its commitment to supporting and mentoring students, providing opportunities for them to accumulate practical experience, enhance their professional competencies, and pursue potential full-time employment upon the completion of their internships.
The workshop introducing the internship and recruitment program of Foxlink Da Nang Electronics Co., Ltd. further affirmed VKU’s consistent orientation toward integrating training with practical experience, adopting a student-centered approach, and strengthening close collaboration with industry partners.
