He introduced VKU as a public university under the University of Danang, entrusted with the mission and responsibility of training and supplying high-quality human resources, conducting scientific research, and transferring knowledge and technology. The university’s vision is to become one of the leading universities in Vietnam with aspirations to reach international standards in training and research, operating under an advanced governance model as a modern and smart university. As a university specializing in Information Technology with nearly 8,000 students and an annual intake of 1,500 new students, VKU is a key institution providing high-quality IT human resources to meet current workforce demands. Currently, VKU has established partnerships to offer bilingual training programs in English–Vietnamese, Korean–Vietnamese, and Japanese–Vietnamese. One notable model is the collaboration with Nix Education to train bilingual Japanese–Vietnamese Software Engineering students, with nearly 300 students currently enrolled. The program has achieved remarkable results in both professional competence and Japanese proficiency. Students are trained not only in international-standard technical knowledge but also in workplace skills and Japanese corporate culture.
