The international student exchange program (VKU-ISEP) aims to connect students and lecturers at universities around the world with academic expertise and cultural exchange experiences. VKU-ISEP helps students develop an open mindset and soft skills to adapt to an internationalized environment and become global citizens.

DAY 1 - June 23, 2025 (Monday)
- Arrival of international delegations at Da Nang International Airport
- Transfer to accommodation (Hotel; Dormitory)
- Short city tour in Da Nang (e.g. Dragon Bridge, Han Market, etc.)
- Dinner and rest
DAY 2 - June 24, 2025 (Tuesday)
- Welcome session and opening ceremony at VKU
- Parallel meetings:
- Faculty/staff meeting and discussion session
- Ice-breaking and group assignment for students
- Program overview and Q&A session
- Languages and cultures exchange activities
- VKU campus tour
- Welcoming dinner
DAY 3 - June 25, 2025 (Wednesday)
Innovation and startup training sessions:
- Design thinking
- Design thinking
- City excursion: Visit to Da Nang Museum and Linh Ung Pagoda
- Outdoor team-building activities
DAY 4 - June 26, 2025 (Thursday)
- Continued innovation and startup training sessions:
- Business Model Canvas
- Teamwork skills development
- Extra cultural and creative activities
- Visit to a traditional craft village (e.g. Thanh Ha pottery village)
DAY 5 - June 27, 2025 (Friday)
- Startup skills training session:
- Pitching skills and final preparation
- Demo Day: Team presentations and idea showcase
- Program summary and official closing ceremony
- Gala dinner with all participants
DAY 6 - June 28, 2025 (Saturday)
- Full-day excursion to Ba Na Hills
- Group dinner in Da Nang city
- Return to accommodation

- Check-out and transfer to Da Nang International Airport.

VKU Dormitory
VKU DORMITORY With a total area of nearly 4 hectares, the dormitory has 3 blocks, each block is 5 floors high. The capacity of nearly 4,000 accommodations is enough to meet 100% of the boarding needs of all students. Each room in the dormitory can accommodate 8 people/room, has bunk beds, wardrobes, tables and chairs and a closed bathroom.
