In addition, VKU will further strengthen partnerships with businesses, establishing a Community Fund supported by contributions from enterprises, organizations, and individuals to provide scholarships and awards for students. Recruitment efforts will focus on enhancing the team of lecturers and teaching assistants, while striving to increase staff income by 7-10% compared to 2023-2024.
