Initiated in 2012, the CITA (Conference on Information Technology and its Applications) is an scientific conference on information technology and its applications organized by VKU annually. The primary goal of the conference is to create a forum for researchers, scientists, and experts to publish, discuss, and share new issues in information technology and applications.
CITA 2024 marks significant development, affirming its reputation, scale, and quality as an international conference. Volume 1 of the conference proceedings continues to be published in Lecture Notes in Network and Systems (Springer), indexed by DBLP, Scopus, and Web of Science. This year, the organizing committee received 173 scientific papers from more than 450 authors from over 25 countries worldwide, including Austria, Canada, France, India, Ireland, Japan, Kazakhstan, Korea, Malaysia, Myanmar, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Singapore, Norway, Poland, Luxembourg, Russia, Taiwan, Thailand, the United States, the United Kingdom, Spain, and Vietnam.
After a rigorous review process, each paper was reviewed by 2-4 reviewrers; under the leadership and professional advice of reputable scientists in information technology, communications and digital economy such as Prof. DSc. Nguyen Ngoc Thanh (Poland), Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Thuy (Vietnam), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Le Khac Nhien An (Ireland), Prof. Dr. Kang-Hyun Jo, Prof. Dr. Yeong-Seok Seo (Korea), Prof. Dr. Kim-Kwang Raymond Choo (USA), Assoc.
