General information:
The goal is to create an AI Chatbot on the open source BotPress platform for recruitment consulting used for a job search platform. In this application, AI Chatbot creates interview scripts with natural language processing support to analyze and communicate with job candidates. In addition, the team developed a job introduction module based on the skills provided by users as well as the job position requirements. This helps users easily and quickly find jobs that suit their skills. This module has been integrated into the group’s virtual assistant.

Approach and research analysis of frequently asked questions in job interviews and necessary information from candidates. Thereby using natural language processing techniques to create an AI Chatbot that analyzes and extracts information to support recruitment consulting and recommend suitable jobs. AI Chatbot is scripted and supports natural language processing to understand communication with job candidates.
