1. Marketing Intern

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Intern to join our Marketing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing and content creation, and eager to gain hands-on experience in organizing events and supporting marketing initiatives. The intern will work closely with the Marketing Manager and other team members to execute effective marketing strategies that align with our company’s goals.

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging content for our website, newsletter, social media platforms, and marketing materials.

• Digital Marketing: Support digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, email marketing, and social media. Analyse and report on campaign performance.

• Event Management: Help organize and coordinate webinars and workshops, ensuring smooth execution and high attendee engagement.

• Administrative Support: Assist the Marketing Manager with day-to-day tasks and other adhoc projects as needed.

• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members from other departments to ensurealignment and coherence in all marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Communications, BusinessAdministration, or a related field.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media, email marketingsoftware, and content management systems.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Previous internship experience in marketing or related fields is preferred but not required.

2. Multimedia Intern

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia Intern to join our Marketing team. This role is perfect for a student or recent graduate who is passionate about design and looking to make a significant impact with their work. The intern will assist in the creation of digital and print marketing materials, contributing to the visual branding of our company.

Responsibilities:

• Marketing Collateral Creation: Design and update marketing materials such as newsletters, flyers, brochures, banners, and whitepapers.

• Video Editing: Assist in editing video content for marketing and social media campaigns.
• Digital Design: Develop graphics for digital interfaces, including landing pages, email campaigns, and social media posts.

• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with our brand identity and messaging.
• Collaborative Projects: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to conceptualize and execute visual strategies.

• Print Production: Prepare designs for print production, ensuring high-quality outputs.
• Ad Hoc Design Tasks: Support the team with additional graphic design tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s program in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• Proficient in Canva and familiar with video editing software and HTML
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of skills in both digital and print media.
• Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
