With the goal of helping students understand the document processing workflow in import-export activities, the workshop provided step-by-step guidance from booking, preparing documents and checking bills of lading to the procedures for receiving and delivering goods. In addition, students were also equipped with essential knowledge about the roles and responsibilities of various stakeholders in the transportation chain, including exporters, importers, shipping lines, agents, and forwarders.
